About Lyndsae'
Lyndsae’ Peele, MBA, PMEC™, Realtor ® is a results-driven finance coach, international speaker, author, and advocate for Black wealth. With a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, Lyndsae’ has built a career centered around empowering marginalized communities through financial education and inclusive financial services. Serving as the Kiva US Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Manager, Lyndsae’ and her team oversee a portfolio of over 500 entrepreneurial serving organizations named Kiva Trustees, 40+ community-based Kiva lending partners (Hubs), and their 45+ Capital Access Managers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Her focus is on expanding access to no-fee, no-interest, crowdfunded financing in underserved communities. As the Chief Wealth Officer of Kingdom Vision Consulting, an award-winning financial services firm, Lyndsae’ combines her banking experience with her passion for economic development to offer personalized financial solutions for entrepreneurs of color. Under her leadership, Kingdom Vision was named SBA’s 2022 Maryland Financial Services Champion of the Year. Lyndsae’ also recently launched Keys to the Kingdom Real Estate Advisors, LLC, establishing herself as a licensed Realtor® in Maryland to further her mission of increasing homeownership in marginalized communities. Beyond her business ventures, Lyndsae’ is deeply committed to public service. She serves as the President of the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce Foundation, is a certified SCORE mentor, and is actively involved with O’Hara Development Partners CDC. Her work has been featured in The Daily Record, People of Color in Tech, and Yahoo News!, and she was recently recognized on Technical.ly’s 2024 RealLIST Connectors. Driven by her life’s purpose, Lyndsae’ is dedicated to strengthening business ownership, increasing homeownership, and providing financial education in communities of color
