Dr. Jennifer Smith

Dr. Jennifer Smith is a passionate developer of people and systems who loves saying “YES!” to anything related to those ideas. She founded Dangerous Leader Group, which is ruthlessly focused on supporting leaders in business and life evolve through deliberate intent. She is also an adjunct leadership professor at the University of Charleston, where she completed her Doctorate in Executive Leadership, which focused on women, entrepreneurial leaders, and systems.
