Carson Lane is a sports technology entrepreneur, business analytics strategist, and Division I track and field athlete, specializing in hardware-software integration, product democratization, and the data-driven training mechanics required to optimize athletic execution.

Carson operates at the high-velocity intersection of elite athletics and predictive technology. A middle-distance runner for the University of Iowa Men’s Track and Field team, Carson translates his firsthand understanding of athletic performance into disruptive sports architecture as the founder of Stridelane. Recognizing that elite LED light-pacing systems — which visually guide runners around a track at target speeds — were financially gatekept by five-figure price tags, Carson leveraged his background in Business Analytics and Information Systems to build a highly accurate, market-accessible alternative from scratch.
