Dellen Burk-Flores

    Dellen Burk-Flores is a CyHawk bridge-builder, supporting entrepreneurs through both the ISU Startup Factory and Iowa JPEC’s Venture Mentoring Service. She specializes in scaling mission-driven organizations, helping stakeholders better understand their impact and realize their full potential.
     
    Dellen is the Director of Strategic Growth & Philanthropy at CultureALL, founder of NovaTech Consulting (DBA’s PhilanthroPics and Novelty Fundraising), board president of dsmHack (Des Moines Charity Hackathons), and also serves in marketing and fundraising roles with three other nonprofit boards, along with a few local and national committees.
     
    A trained anthropologist and a lover of humanity, she’s always thinking about how technology can be used for good. Over the past two decades, Dellen has built a multifaceted career as a web developer, digital marketer/strategist, professional fundraiser, and community builder.
