Charise Flynn brings over two decades of experience scaling tech companies, building and leading large distributed teams, and raising venture capital from top-tier investors. Flynn has also been actively involved in the Midwest startup scene, advising, sitting on boards, and investing in a handful of startups over the last decade. In 2021, she joined The Hummingbirds as COO and co-founder, hitting the ground running with her co-founder, Emily Steele. Together, they closed just over $4.3 million in seed funding, scaled Hummingbirds to over 15 cities nationally, grew revenue 10x in one year, and built a fully distributed team.
