EntreFEST does not allow refunds. Tickets may be transferred up to the fifth day before the time of the start of the event. Written request must be submitted. EntreFEST honors one discount code per ticket. We apologize that we are unable to (re)apply additional discount codes to previously purchased tickets. View the full ticket policy.
